Sponsorship Form

The Plainfield High School Choral Boosters is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting the students of Plainfield High School’s Choral Department. Our boosters include parents, teachers, students, local residents, and business leaders who together support four Competition Show Choirs and two Ensemble Performance Choirs.

Every sponsorship directly reduces the financial burden on students and their families, making it possible for more students to participate in and benefit from our choral programs. The impact of fine arts education extends far beyond the classroom, fostering creativity, teamwork, confidence, and lifelong success.

Sponsorship Levels

  • Platinum Sponsor – $3,000
    Presenting Sponsor of QCI and major events, logo on event collateral, highlight on Facebook, 6 Community Showcase tickets, on-stage recognition, full-page ad, and QCI Grand Champion Award sponsorship.

  • Gold Sponsor – $2,000
    Facebook highlight, 4 Showcase tickets, on-stage recognition, half-page ad, and QCI First Runner-Up Award sponsorship.

  • Silver Sponsor – $1,000
    On-stage recognition, quarter-page ad, QCI Runner-Up Award sponsorship, Facebook shout-out, and priority early ticket sales.

  • Bronze Sponsor – $500
    Logo in event programs, QCI Caption Award sponsorship, and Facebook shout-out.

  • Red Sponsor – $250
    Name in event programs, QCI Caption Award sponsorship, and Facebook shout-out.

  • In-Kind Sponsor
    Donations of goods, services, or materials are welcome! Your business or organization will receive the promotion equal to the value of your contribution.
